You can delete your data at any time, and you never need to ask us first. Pick the option below that matches what you want removed. Each one is self-service and takes effect immediately.

Every request gets a confirmation code beginning with DEL-. Keep it — it is how you check progress or cancel, and you can look it up on this page without signing in.

1. How deletion works

Deletion happens in two stages, and the first one is always immediate.

StageWhenWhat happens
Access revokedImmediatelyYour Facebook access tokens are deleted and our app is unsubscribed from your Pages. From this moment no new data can reach us, and nothing we hold can be used to fetch more.
Data erasedAfter 30 daysThe information we already collected is permanently deleted. The delay exists so you can export your leads first, or cancel if the request was a mistake. Nothing is retained past this point.
If you want the erasure to happen sooner than 30 days, email support@realrevenue.in with your confirmation code and we will run it immediately.

2. Remove the app from Facebook

This is the route Facebook itself points you at, and it needs nothing from us — Facebook notifies us automatically and the deletion starts on its own.

  • On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (also called Business Integrations).
  • Find RealRevenue in the list and choose Remove.
  • Facebook notifies us within seconds. We immediately delete your access tokens and unsubscribe from your Pages, then schedule the erasure of your collected data for 30 days later.
  • Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page. Save the code — it is how you track or cancel the request.

3. Delete from inside your account

Sign in at https://realrevenue.app and open Settings → Privacy. Two options are there, and both issue a confirmation code.

OptionWhat it removesWhat it keeps
Delete Facebook dataThe Facebook connection, all stored access tokens, your Pages and forms, and every lead that arrived from those Pages — along with the raw webhook payloads behind them.Your account, your manually added leads, your message templates and your uploaded files.
Delete my accountEverything: the account itself, all leads from every source, activity history, message templates, uploaded files, sessions and your Facebook connection.Nothing. This is irreversible.

You can also delete individual records without any request at all: open a lead and choose Delete, remove a file from Content, or revoke a session from Settings → Security. Those take effect at once and have no grace period.

Deleting an account that owns a team also removes that workspace's shared leads, templates and files. Team members keep their own sign-in but lose access to the shared workspace. Export anything the team needs first.

4. Ask us by email

If you cannot sign in — you have lost access to the account, or you never had one — email support@realrevenue.in and we will handle it by hand.

  • Write from the email address on the account where possible; it is the fastest way for us to verify you.
  • If you are a lead rather than a customer — you filled in a form on a Facebook ad and want your details removed — tell us the phone number or email address you submitted, and roughly when. We will identify the business holding your record and pass the request to them, then confirm back to you.
  • We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR and comparable laws.

5. What we keep, and for how long

Deletion is thorough but not always instantaneous everywhere. To be precise about the edges:

  • Encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle after the live data is deleted. They are never restored selectively, and no one queries them.
  • The deletion request record itself is kept — its confirmation code, status and dates — so you can still look it up afterwards. It holds no lead data and no message content.
  • Records we are required by law to retain, such as invoices for tax purposes, are kept for the statutory period and then deleted.
  • Server logs, which contain IP addresses but no lead data, rotate on a short cycle independently of any request.

We do not keep a shadow copy, we do not anonymise-and-retain lead data for analytics, and we never sell it.
