How long does setup take?

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
No. On every plan your reps can open WhatsApp with a personalised message pre-filled straight from a lead, and the send is logged automatically. The full WhatsApp Business API inbox — two-way chat and bulk campaigns — is available on the Scale plan.
What happens to leads if the integration breaks?
Nothing gets lost. Alongside real-time webhooks we run a scheduled backfill that re-reads your lead sources and pulls in anything missed, de-duplicated automatically. You also get an alert the moment a connection or access token goes unhealthy.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes — upload a CSV and map your columns to LeadPilot fields, or push contacts in through the REST API. Duplicates are merged on email or phone number rather than creating a second record.
Is my customer data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access tokens are encrypted with a separate key, and every workspace supports two-factor authentication with role-based permissions. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Any time, self-serve, from your billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no lock-in contracts on self-serve plans.
